Our school uses computer technology, which is quite advanced. Pupils have a possibility to use computers in their school work. Our school provides education with almost 40 computers.

We have our own public health official and free dental care. There are available for us almost every day.

We have a five period system in our school that has proved to be useful to pupils. Each of these five periods are about two months. We can concentrate on studying some subjects more in one period and respondingly we don´t have this subject at all in other periods.

Measures of Supporting Pupils

There are about 15 so called "supportive pupils" in our school. They support and help new comers when they have troubles. They give lessons for seventh graders for example on violence, first love and drugs.

The Educational Aims of Our School

The aim of the school is a teenager with good self-esteem and ability to think and form opinions. The school co-operates with homes and the surrounding economic life and society. That is why the school has evenings when parents can meet the teachers and talk with them .

The target of the international education is that the student becomes familiar with different cultures and customs and learns to respect all kinds of people. He learns to know nature better.

The different ways of working help students to express themselves. There are also whole days and weeks when the pupils work on certain themes and different subjects.
